šŸ™ƒ What happens when you mix Data Science and Coffee ? Someone asked me to post my coffee recipe so here it goes :)

ā˜•ļø Anti-Inflammatory Coffee

Ingredients:

1 cup of brewed coffee

1/4 teaspoon of ground turmeric

1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger

A pinch of black pepper (to enhance turmeric absorption)

1 teaspoon of coconut oil or MCT oil (optional)

Unsweetened almond milk (or any dairy-free milk of your choice)

šŸ“– Instructions:

Brew a cup of your favorite coffee.

In a separate small bowl, mix the ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and a pinch of black pepper.

Pour the brewed coffee into your cup.

Add the spice mixture to the coffee and stir well.

If desired, add a teaspoon of coconut oil or MCT oil for added creaminess and potential health benefits.

Top it off with unsweetened almond milk or your preferred dairy-free milk to taste. (This is where my 5 dollar hand frother from Amazon comes in handy )

Stir well and enjoy your anti-inflammatory coffee!
